Johnson City woman charged with using same vehicle in attempt to get liens from two different title loan companies
A Johnson City woman was cited Tuesday on accusations that she took out loans with two different title loan companies on the same vehicle. Kristin L. Short, 44, 1100 Claiborne St. No. 2, was charged with hindering a secured creditor.
